DRIVE-BY INSPECTIONS

This type of report is generated for clients who need to gain basic information about a  property without tenant engagement.

  1. Condition of property will be documented.
  2. Exterior pictures will be taken.        
  3. Property location will be confirmed.
  4. The local area will be reported on.

 

 

 

FIELD VISIT FROM a INSPECTIONS

In this service the inspector will go to property and make earnest attempts to get in touch with tenant (s) and forward any communication from you or leave letter to make contact.

  1. Exterior and or interior condition reports will be develop and communicated.
  2. Exterior and or interior picture will be taken.
  3. Inspector will obtain current contact information.
  4. Leave contact note if tenant is not at property.
  5. Speak with neighbors/landlord for contact numbers, if client requests.

 

 

 

CONDITION REPORT INSPECTIONS

The inspector goes to occupied or vacant apartment or house, with or without scheduled appointment based on request, and determines condition of property through the use of a customized report and pictures. 

1.      Exterior and interior condition report with detailed information.

  1. Photos of apartment and or house will be furnished.

3.      Photos of specific damages with explanation will be furnished.

  1. Neighborhood checks will be made, including photos.
  2. Neighbors can be contacted if desired by client.

 

 

 

INSURANCE INSPECTIONS

This inspection is used to ascertain risks and insurability of apartment or house.

  1. Any deferred maintenance to apartment or house will be assessed with written report.
  2. The degree of any deferred maintenance will be reported in detail.
  3. Photos of deferred maintenance will be furnished with description of specifics.
  4. Property is surveyed to determine condition and insurability for all risks.
  5. Neighborhood assessment is made to assist in decision making.       
  6. Neighbors can be contacted for additional information if desired by client.

 

 

LOSS OR REPAIR INSPECTIONS

This report can assist insurance companies with determining the insured loss/repairs completed of any apartment or house.

  1. Inspector will visit property and report on condition.
  2. Photos will be taken to show loss or repairs.
  3. All damages or repairs will be listed in detail.
  4. Neighborhood will be assessed in relation to loss.
  5. Report can be used in determining insurability before loss.
